Jane and William played in Arche City for three days, and they drove back to Benson City in the next morning.

Jane thought it was embarrassing because she went to play with the president for three days when she just went to work for one day. However, the president Swift had no feeling and he even wanted to spend much more days in Arche City. Jane tried so hard to persuade him back to the company.

“I wonder whether Summer and Ben would like the gifts or not?” Jane played the painting collection and the poster of Wik with signature. She was not confirmed.

“Hey. William. You are their boss and friend, so you should know their taste. It is my first time to give gifts to my friends.” Jane had no real friend because of Jenny and Moon. But now she met Summer, so she was eager for friendship. Jane just met Summer for a few days, but they shared the same channel. Jane cherished the relationship with Summer.

“Just ignore Ben since he must like whatever you give. As to Summer, she just cares about arts, so you should not worry about it.” William found Jane was so nervous, so he comforted her. “They are well-prepared by you for them. Be at ease and they must like it.”

Listening to William, Jane became at ease. They kept talking on the way, so the long trip seemed to be short.

When arriving at the company, Jane went to the office of Summer.

“Hello, Summer?” Jane took a gift and knocked the door with another hand.

“Jane? Come in please.” Summer just finished the words and the door was opened by Jane.

“Jane, come and have a seat.” Summer served Jane a cup of coffee. “Why do you ask for leaving? Are you sick?” Actually, William just told them that he would leave for three days and they should take in charge of the whole company. He said nothing about the reason, so Summer did not know that Jane and William went to Arche City for an art exhibition.

“I am not sick. I am in good health.” Jane raised the cup and drank it. She gave the gift for Summer.

“What is it?” Summer touched the box curiously and she could not guess it out.

“It is a gift for you, so you just open it.” Jane urged Summer to open the box and she was nervous.

Opening the box, she found that it was a hardcover limited-edition albums and signature photos and the character was a talent in art, Wik.

“It is a signature of Wik! Jane, how could you get it?” Summer asked Jane surprisingly. She liked Wik so much, same as Jane. So, Summer must be so happy when receiving such a gift.

“So, do you like it, Summer?” Although Jane could judge that she liked the gift from her response, but Jane still asked it again.

“I love it so much. Thank you.” Summer touched the delicate albums and she cherished it so much.

“Actually, I go to Arche City with President in these three day. Wik happens to hold his art exhibition and I think Summer you would also like Wik, so I take it for you. Hey. I also meet Wik himself. He is really handsome.” Jane hurried to share the souvenirs gained from the exhibition with Summer, so she did not care about the shocking Summer when she said that she went there with William.

The president took Jane to an art exhibition. He dared to… Summer thought William had changed a lot and he had been a stranger to her. The old William only focused on his own business and he could stay up for the development of company; but the new William even left the company to go to an exhibition with a girl for three days. The old William was scrupulous in separating public from private interests and he was strict with others, including Summer, Ben and other staffs.

They still kept a certain distance although they had been friends for so many years. Ben still liked to play joke with William, but he knew the bottom line of William and he won’t go across the line. However, he would tolerate and spoil Jane to the biggest extent.

“And… Summer, are you okay? You look bad…?” Jane found Summer’s pale face. She seemed thinking about something bad, so she asked her worriedly.

“Summer, did I say something wrong? You, you could forget it. I …”

“No. It is not your fault. Maybe I have been too busy to have a rest. I am fine.” Looking at Jane blaming herself nervously, she hurried to explain it. However, her face was still not that natural.

“You just have a rest, Summer. I won’t bother you and I go to do my job.” Jane stood up. When she was going to leave, she said, “Summer, you should take a good care of yourself. Don’t be so harsh.”

“Get it. Thank you, Jane. I will take care of myself.” Summer was recovered gradually, and she seemed to be natural. She felt sorry for Jane since she lied to Jane that she also liked William when she found Jane cared her so much. Jane went back to the office and she found William doing his job. He was so busy with the work that had been accumulated for three days.

“William, have you brought the gift to Director Rosen?” Jane sat in the chair opposite to William’s to look at the struggling president Swift.

William put down the pen in his hand, “Yes, I gave him the gift. He liked it so much and he even showed his appreciation to you.”

“William, do you know who is the lover of Summer? You two have known for a long time… Do you know who he is?” Jane thought Summer was not for being tired but for other reasons.

“Why do you say that? Have Summer said something to you?” William was shocked when he heard Jane’s question. Summer and Ben had been his good partners since he started his business for so many years. They kept standing by him when he was in the toughest time.

Summer’s feeling toward William was beyond friendship, which was known by William, but he had no other feeling of Summer except friendship.
