"Pa, you are breaking us up!" Zora complained to her father angrily while holding Nathan tightly by the arm.

She turned to Nathen smiling sweetly and went on, "Time has changed. Marriage is no longer a parent-appointing one. Nathan and I love each other truly. We cannot be set apart." After she finished speaking, she gave Nathan a secret pinch.

Chapter 1 "I would rather divorce than die!"

"Pa, you are breaking us up!" Zora complained to her father angrily while holding Nathan tightly by the arm.

She turned to Nathen smiling sweetly and went on, "Time has changed. Marriage is no longer a parent-appointing one. Nathan and I love each other truly. We cannot be set apart." After she finished speaking, she gave Nathan a secret pinch. "Nonsense!" Yves shouted angrily!

Zora wanted to argue with her father when she was stopped from behind by someone coldly, "Really so?"

The familiar voice sent her a chill of fear, so she stood still there.

After quite a while, she turned around. This time she was not so confident. She tried to behave herself.

There, in front of them, stood an arrogant young man, smiling playfully. He assumed solemn airs in a set of fine-designed suit. He was strong and handsome.

However, his smile frightened Zora because she felt he saw everything in her.

She tried to calm herself down and smiled, "It is really as the saying goes ‘Speak of Caocao (a well-known ancient Chinese general), Caocao will come’."

Then she turned to Nathan and introduced Sam to him. After that, she said to Sam, "Hi, long time no see. This is my fiancé, Nathan Chu."

Nathan looked at Sam tentatively and then reached out his hands to him, "Hello, Sam, I am Nathan Chu."

"Erm." Sam gave a dry and cold response while his eyesight searched both of them upside down. Then he walked up steadily to them. The atmosphere was becoming tense. Zora felt quite out of breath.

At last, Sam stopped before her, lifted her chin lightly and squinted at her, "You’ve grown up and you have a boyfriend already."

Zora’s heart was beating fast. She felt the chill from his finger as well as a unique smell from his body.

Zora got closer to Nathan and tried to escape from Sam. She affirmed to Sam, "He is not just my boyfriend. We will marry soon."

Nathan’s hand paused in the air embarrassedly and stepped backward. He felt the man in front was too powerful!

"A coward!"

Zora pinched Nathan in his waist and asked, "Are you, Darling?"

"Yes…" Nathan felt painful by the pinch, so he nodded yes quickly.

Beside them, Sam was watching Zora’s pretty face interestingly.

Suddenly Yves struck on the table and shouted angrily, "Simply a horseplay!"

"Pa, I…" But before Zora could finish what she wanted to say, Yves glimpsed at her and stopped her imperially, "Shut up!"

Zora compressed her lips into a contemptuous line and declared determinedly, "Anyway, I love Nathan. If you force me to marry any others, I would rather die！"

Zora’s heart was beating fast. She glared at Sam, "Widow? Killing is illegal!"

Yves felt headache. He really didn’t want to admit this odd stupid creature was his daughter.

"To kill you?" Sam curled up the corner of his mouth. He turned his eyes to Nathan coldly and said, "It will never be your turn!"

Nathan’s handsome face was frozen. He was out of breath. He looked up and saw the man was staring with rage at his arm Zora was holding.

He felt the heat and stepped aside pushing Zora away slightly. He laughed drily, "Actually, I …."

Zora noticed this, and she said to Nathan in a spoiled manner, "Darling, you don’t need to worry. We have decided to take wedding photos. I will keep my words."

She then gazed at Sam and announced proudly, "We will surely get divorced!"
