"Anka.... with black hair and black eyes, possessing the ancient Earth lineage and family name."
Luo Te took the conversation and said, "Did you know that ancient Earth is one of the birthplaces of humanity? In order to pay tribute to Earth, the calendar used in the universe is still based on the Earth calendar."
Anka nodded slightly with a faint smile, "Yes."
"Anka, I'm called Lot, 26 years old, and he is Sean, 25 years old. As you can see, we are currently injured and unable to move. Can you help us?"
Luo Te spoke slowly and politely, toning down his usually cold and decisive poker face. Otherwise, it would be troublesome if it frightened the little benefactor. After all, they were his lifesaving straw.
"Can you... get up?"
Anka looked at them, and although there were bloodstains all over, there were no evident serious wounds. After careful inspection, it didn't seem severe, so she couldn't understand why they couldn't get up and had to lie down. Could it be that their bones were broken? If that were the case, even if she picked them up, she wouldn't be able to nurse them back to health.
"For the time being, it's not possible. But if you can lend us a hand and let us lean back-to-back, maybe we can sit up."
Xian replied, and Lot nodded as well, "Perhaps this could work."
"Oh, then let me give it a try..."
Anka put down the umbrella, and the three of them were immediately exposed to the scorching sunlight. They looked at the fair and delicate little figures of Lotte and Sain with a slight guilty feeling, worried that they might get sunburned.
Anka first helped up Lot, who appeared to be slightly taller, and then turned around to support Sean, bringing the two together back to back. After completing these actions, their delicate faces were already flushed with sweat, and their white T-shirts were stained with dirt and marks.
After completing everything, Anka wiped the sweat from her shoulders with her fair and tender hands, then repositioned the umbrella and sat down on the side. The height and size of the umbrella were just right for three people to sit together.
"Do you guys feel better now?"
Anka, sweating, asked the two alphas leaning against each other, "I'm so exhausted. It turns out taking care of two adults is much more difficult than a litter of rabbit pups or a brood of baby birds."
"I feel better now, thank you."
Lotte and Sain replied in unison.
"That's good."
Anka smiled, pondering in his mind how to help them. Of course, the most difficult decision was whether to bring the person back or not...
"Anka, do you have any food?"
Sean stared at Anka, who was covering a small bamboo basket with a piece of cloth, and swallowed hard.
"These are the rice and noodles that I picked up today from the supplies station. I apologize for not having something ready to eat immediately."
Anka responded, and Sain's expression darkened, while Lotte pursed his lips. Their physical exertion had been enormous, and they needed to replenish their energy.
You could tell they were truly hungry, so Anka gritted her teeth and asked them, "Would you like to come home with me?"
Lotte and Sean were momentarily stunned:......
"I have food at my home." Anka blinked her bright eyes and when she saw that the two remained silent, she added, "And I also have nutrient solution that I can feed you..."
"However, we can't move right now."
Luo Te gave a helpless smile. He always felt like the little guy regarded them as stray animals. But even if they were willing to go back with him, they couldn't leave right now. With their weight, Anka's small frame wouldn't be able to support them.
Sean pondered for a moment before asking, "Is your home far from here?"
"If it's not too far, you can ask him to go back and bring some food."
Anka understood his meaning and lamented, "It's quite far away, and once I go home, I don't want to come out again. It's too hot."
Staying out in the sun for too long can make you sick, and then your older brother will worry again.
Sai En: "Uh... alright..."
Luo Te: "Nevermind, it's fine."
Anka pondered for a moment, then her eyes brightened and she exclaimed excitedly, "I've got it! I can have someone use a car to transport you back."
"Are there floating cars here?"
Loat furrowed his brow and glanced at the sky. "Without even a space highway, how can I drive?"
Anka shook her head:
"It's not a hover car, it's a robot car."
He had never seen a hover car all his life, only glimpsing them in posters and photographs brought home by his older brother. He found them remarkably attractive and magical. His brother had mentioned that hover cars existed on other planets, but not on Krella, the planet they lived on. His brother promised to take him away from Krella one day, to live on another planet where hover cars were plentiful.
Robot cars...
Luotesaien understood what the other person meant. Robot cars were the means of transportation for people when hover cars had not yet appeared. As the name suggests, these cars were operated by a simple intelligent robot, and their owners could give them simple commands. This type of car had been phased out on other planets for nearly a century now, as hover cars were now controlled by brain commands.
After exchanging a glance with Sain, Lot nodded and smiled, saying, "Alright, we'll trouble you then. We are willing to go back with you."
"Okay, you guys wait here for me. I will go and borrow a car from Uncle Monk."
Anka stood up with a smile and looked at the umbrella in her hand. She pondered for a moment, then decided to place it behind Lotte and Sean, so they could lean back on it and continue holding the umbrella.
"Anka, you should still go and hold the umbrella. It's fine for us to bask in the sun."
Saien said, looking at the little one's fair and delicate skin which turned a deep red under the sun, it broke his heart.
"Yeah, we don't need an umbrella."
"Lotus also said that with such delicate and tender skin, they could be exposed to the sun for a whole day and not shed a layer of skin. After all, they were alphas, while the other person was just a sixteen-year-old, innocent and tender little beta."
"Really?"
Anka hesitated for a moment, worried that she might faint before he returned...
"Really," they both answered simultaneously. "We're fine, you just go and come back quickly."
"Make sure you don't run away when the time comes."
"Well then, you guys have to wait for me here... um, don't go with anyone else."
Anka stood up holding an umbrella, smiling warmly as she earnestly admonished the two seemingly innocent alphas.
Saien chuckled in disbelief, saying, "No way, we are relying on you."
Ah, my little benefactor is really so adorable.
