"Uncle Monk, we ask that you please refrain from telling anyone about what happened here for the time being."
"Lot spoke first."
Uncle Monk pursed his lips, probably guessing that the two of them had encountered trouble. Finally, he nodded gently and sighed softly, saying,
"Anka is still young and immature. Please don't bully him. After everything is settled, let's leave... Two esteemed individuals, considering he saved your lives, I hope you won't burden him."
"Don't worry, we won't drag Anka down, and thank you, Uncle, for your help as well. We hope you won't disclose our whereabouts, and we will definitely repay the favor in the future."
Saien smiled and Lotte nodded in agreement.
Uncle Monk waved his hand:
"I don't ask for anything in return. You, the strongest alphas of the empire, are a loss to the empire and even the entire star system if you are gone. I'm leaving."
Uncle Monk finished speaking and left. Shortly after, Anka came in holding two bowls of peppermint tea and fed them to each of them.
Having received the appropriate supplies, Lot and Sane sighed with relief and exchanged a glance before closing their eyes and falling asleep.
When Anka entered the room holding a bowl of freshly cooked rice porridge, she saw two tall and lean alphas sitting next to each other, fast asleep. She carefully observed them for a while and finally commented, "They look very handsome."
The single-storey bungalow was very hot at such times, despite my older brother having someone install an insulation layer for Anka. However, it was still stuffy inside, and both Lotte and Sain had sweat on their foreheads and cheeks while they were asleep.
Anka placed two bowls of white rice porridge on the small table in the room and picked up a hand-held fan. As he sat by the edge of the bed, he fanned the two sleeping individuals. It was unlucky that he had broken the electric fan just last night...
The two sleepy individuals felt a subtle coolness, and as they opened their eyes, they saw a fair and tender little one fanning them. The corners of their mouths lifted slightly before they fell back into a deep slumber.
After this sleep, the two of them slept for a full 10 hours. When they woke up, it was already midnight.
Luo Te opened his eyes first, moved his fingers, and regained quite a bit of strength. He could already start moving slowly. He pushed Sean beside him, who also woke up. The two exchanged glances and smiled in unison, realizing that they truly couldn't die anymore.
Anka lay sprawled on the edge of the bed, fast asleep. Her hand served as a pillow for her face, with the other hand holding onto a handheld fan. The delicately curled long eyelashes fluttered every now and then, resembling two little fans casting a small shadow on her fair complexion.
The two alphas didn't expect that the little thing would be waiting for them here. Their hearts suddenly felt tender, and they found it more and more adorable as they looked at it.
"Yeah, so cute," Sain said, "as adorable as a little animal. If it were to be modified into an Omega, it would definitely be top-notch."
"In his eyes, we are the large animals."
Lotte smirked and lightly tapped Anka on the finger. Anka woke up drowsily and saw the two alphas across from him, smiling at him. Rubbing his sleepy eyes, he reflexively picked up a folding fan and started fanning them.
Loth and Sain couldn't help but laugh at the adorable reaction of the little person, as they intercepted his fan attack.
"Anka, it's not hot anymore, you don't need to use the fan."
"Yeah, it's already dark, so it's not hot anymore."
"Huh?"
Anka, who was initially a little confused, blinked and noticed that the solar lamp in the room had automatically lit up. She then patted her face and glanced at the small clock placed aside. It was already early morning, and indeed it was no longer hot at this time, but rather quite cool.
"Are you feeling better?" Anka asked, then picked up two bowls of cooled porridge. "Can you eat by yourselves?"
Lotte and Sain glanced at each other, just about to say that things were much better now and they could eat on their own. However, the little one began muttering to himself again:
"Never mind, I'll feed you guys instead. Since I've brought you back, I should take good care of you."
As he spoke, he lifted up the bowl of porridge and blinked his pair of smiling big eyes:
"Who goes first?"
Lot and Sain couldn’t help but want to laugh, but they forcefully held it in. Lot, looking at Sain who appeared weaker than him, said to Anka,
"Feed Sien first."
Anka nodded and with a smile on her face, scooped a spoonful of porridge and handed it over to Sain's mouth.
Saien gazed at the small face in front of him, which was even more beautiful and adorable than an angel. It smiled and opened its mouth, and Lotte couldn't help but raise a smile as well. It wasn't bad to be taken care of like a pet by someone, as long as that person was gentle and lovable, of course.
"Anka, you've been taking care of us for the whole day. Aren't you tired?"
Sean asked tenderly. The little cutie does not respond well to forcefulness, so they always need to maintain a pure and wholesome image.
Anka pondered for a moment and nodded, lifting her little face into a candid smile:
"I'm a bit tired, but taking care of you is much easier than taking care of Betty, that bird keeps chirping non-stop, I can't even sleep..."
"Uh..."
"Cough...cough..."
Seine was momentarily at a loss for words, and Lotte almost couldn't help but burst out laughing. It seemed that they had an advantage of not being prone to shouting recklessly. That was actually quite a good trait.
"Does Anka like to pick things up a lot?"
The one inquiring was Lotte, and from Uncle Monk's reaction, it seemed that the little guy had been picking up things from home frequently.
The little guy felt a bit embarrassed at this moment:
"... It's fine, just picking up some living things, not picking up other things... Hmm, hmm, even cute things would be picked up."
"Oh--"
Luo nodded as he gazed at the little fellow in front of him, inexplicably reminded of a certain animal - a hamster.
"Is it strange to pick up things? I won't pick up broken things..."
The little one pouted and asked Lote, just as Sean finished feeding his bowl of white porridge. He picked up another bowl and brought it over to Lote, saying, "It's your turn now."
"Mmm... No, it's not strange," Lote shook his head. "If I see something cute that needs to be picked up, I'll pick it up too."
