As for Miss Liu, their teacher, who loved her students, had no reason to refuse such a handsome boy’s reasonable request.
She nodded and then said to Rod Du sitting beside Winnie, "Rod, give your seat to the new classmate so that he can be familiar with our surroundings as quickly as possible."
Rod just wanted to refuse after he heard Saxon’s request. But now both the teacher and the new comer were looking at him.
Not knowing why, Rod felt his rejection words were choked. He was chilled meeting Saxon’s cold and sharp eyesight.
Saxon was bossy and scaring. Rod was disturbed. It was difficult to imagine such a young man would leave this kind of impression.
Rod was reluctant to give his seat, but he had to because Saxon was that possessive. He packed up and moved his desk aside.
Just before he picked up his schoolbag and wanted to leave, Saxon came to him from the platform whispering to him, "She is mine. Stay far away from her!"
After that, he put down his schoolbag on the desk lightly, but to Rod, it sounded like a thunder.
As his secret was found out by this cold-hearted man, Rod’s face went red. He felt shy and he wanted to escape from the classroom.
Rod carried his school bag and quickly fled away. He even dared not to have a glance at Winnie before going.
Seeing this, Saxon smiled and turned to look at Winnie gently.
He felt relieved. He was very glad because from now on he could get together with Winnie all day long.
Winnie was quiet. Her long hair drooped and covered some of her cheek. She looked so tender and lovely. Saxon was touched and could not help reaching out his hand to hold tightly Winnie’s hands on her laps.
The touch from Saxon froze Winnie. She suddenly stood up pushing away his hands and shouted loudly, "Leave me away!"
Such a loud shout drew all the other students’ attention to Winnie. Even Miss Liu, who was writing on the blackboard, stopped, turned around and frowned at Winnie asking lightly, "Winnie, what’s the matter?"
Winnie didn’t realize how serious the situation was until she shouted out. She looked around and noticed Saxon was staring at her coldly and angrily. She wished to fly away from the place.
However, she could only stand there in the public limelight, looking pale and helpless. In quite a minute, she asked the teacher weakly, "Teacher, I am sorry. But can I go to the clinic. I feel sick…"
She did look very uncomfortable and sick, so Miss Liu urged her, "All right. Be quick then."
Winnie felt relieved as if she had got a pardon card. She hurried out of the classroom without delay.
Watching Winnie’s fleeing back, Saxon was down and disappointed. He broke the pen in his hand in half. Thinking for a while, he stood up and said to the teacher, "Teacher, can I company Winnie to the clinic? Anyway she is a girl…"
Miss Liu as well as other classmates there were surprised to hear Saxon address Winnie so cordially. They believed now Saxon was really familiar with Winnie.
Of course, Saxon’s request was so polite and appropriate that no one could object it.
However, as soon as he came out from the classroom, his gentle smile froze. His face turned cold and angry. He began to run to the clinic.
Actually, nothing was wrong with Winnie. She came out just to escape from her abnormal behavior and keep herself away from Saxon.
Winnie was not herself when facing Saxon. Worse still,he asked to sit beside her. How could she stand in such a bossy atmosphere?
There was no one in the clinic, which was exactly what she hoped. She didn’t want people see her this moment. So she sat on bed and murmured to herself,"How can I change this way… What can I do…"
Just then, someone held her by the waist from behind. And she felt she was leaning on a broad chest.
His head lay on her shoulder while he was holding her tightly in his arms. Then she heard Saxon happily whispered in her ears, "Yes? What to do?"
