After a full night’s rest, Jasmine got up early. Thinking of her scenes today, she was rather excited. "This is my first time to do my scenes on the edge of a cliff. I have to give full play to myself, and make everyone impressed."

"Okay, let’s go." The director gave his order, and the group got on the bus and headed toward the destination. It might be because everyone had stayed in the room for so long and breathed some fresh air at long last that they were very looking forward to this trip.

Looking at Edward sitting opposite her, Jasmine got a headache. She wondered whether it was arranged by Edward specifically, they were on the same bus, and there were only two of them.

"You idiot. Do you think I am rather handsome by staring at me?" Looking at Jasmine who was stared at him blankly, Edward crossed his arms, stared at her, and grinned.

"Of course, you have a handsome face with delicate features." Not trying to bicker with him, Jasmine flattered Edward, turned her head aside, and didn’t talk to him any longer.

"What? Now you are complimenting me?" Said Edward. Although he knew that she gave in to him because she didn’t want to bicker with him.

"I’ve always thought you are handsome." Said Jasmine. She really didn’t want to waste words on him.

Seeing Jasmine ignoring him, Edward stopped playing jokes with her in case of humiliating himself. So he took out the script and started studying it.

Thirty minutes later, they arrived at the destination. The crew all started preparing themselves after getting off the bus.

Jasmine changed into her costume and wore makeup. Not only did she get nervous about the scenes about to be shot on the cliff, but she was also rather excited.

Amanda was as excited as Jasmine, however, what they were excited about were totally different.

"Everybody ready." The shooting was about to start. Today’s scene was that the leading actress was hunted by the enemy of the leading actor. While she ran to the edge of a cliff and was in a desperate position, the leading actor showed up in time and saved her.

"Action!"

The young lady, played by Jasmine, raised her skirt and ran all the way. However, a man in black chased behind. She felt helpless and panic. How could she run faster that the man in black who was highly skilled in martial arts? All at once, the servants protecting her were knocked to the ground.

However, the scene ahead made her more desperate. It was a cliff and there was nowhere to run. Jasmine was caught up with and fell down on the ground. She moved backward helplessly.

"Ha-ha, die." The man in black raised his machete, "Because you are his lovely woman."

Jasmine was scared and closed her eyes. However, the anticipated pain didn’t come.

"Ah..." The man in black suddenly screamed out. Jasmine opened her eyes, and found the man stabbed in the arm by a dart coming out of nowhere.

Then Edward jumped out, held his sword, and stabbed toward the man.

The man barely defended himself, and used the other hand to take out a dagger and stab toward Jasmine. Edward reached out his hand and stopped him immediately.

Jasmine got up and tried to run aside. However, she slipped, lost her balance, and fell off the cliff.

"Ah!"

Edward, who was playing putting up a good fight with the man in black, suddenly heard Jasmine’s scream, saw her falling off the cliff, and his pupils dilated out of fear.

"No." Edward dropped the sword in hand, rushed toward Jasmine, and tried to drag her up. However, Jasmine’s weight had been off the cliff, and Edward was dragged off the cliff by her.

All at once, the crew was in a muddle.

"What should we do, director?"

"Oh, my God. Edward has fallen off the cliff, too."

"Be quick and find ways to save them!"

"Quiet, everyone!" The director took charge, "There is a river beneath the cliff, and Edward and Jasmine’s lives shouldn’t be in danger. Let’s contact rescuers as soon as possible!"

Jasmine had never been so afraid as now. No matter how she was set up before, her life would not be in danger. Now there was no hope. "I don’t want to die. I didn’t even get famous." During the falling process, a lot of images flashed through her mind. At last, thinking of ending up with Edward, it seemed that she didn’t suffer too heavy losses.

Cuddling Jasmine, Edward fell together with her, and his arm was scratched by a branch in the air. He only tried to catch hold of Jasmine, but didn’t expect that they would fall off the cliff together. Why, this woman didn’t even accept him.

Finally, they fell into a river and splashed water.

Wearing ancient costume, Jasmine couldn’t flop after falling into water. Her body got heavier and heavier. The weight in both her body and mind made her give up struggling.

The last scene she saw was Edward held his breath and struggled to swim toward her. Why couldn’t the man leave her alone while dying?

After falling into water, Edward promptly grabbed Jasmine, who had been separated from him. It looked that she had been in coma. "Why couldn’t I let the woman go? She was so vicious that she had better get drowned." Although he despised her, he still cuddled her tightly in the arms, and flew down the river.

Jasmine woke up, found herself lying on a haystack of a cave, and only wore underwear. Looking ahead, she saw her clothes dried on a rock. Edward’s clothes were aside, but he was not in the cave.

While she was wondering where Edward had gone, footsteps sounded in the entrance of the cave. She was panic and crossed her arms in front of her chest.

"You are awake." Edward entered the cave, and saw Jasmine, whose eyes alerted, huddled up and hugging herself tightly.

Finding it was Edward, Jasmine felt relived, but still hugged herself tightly. After all, she only wore underwear.

"Where did you go, and what now?"

"I went looking for food." Edward waved the fruit in hand.

"We fell into a river, flew down the stream, and then I brought you here."

Hearing this, Jasmine felt she was so lucky that she appreciated Edward from the bottom of her heart. If it was not him, she might have got drowned. No, what about her clothes?

"So you stripped me?" She looked at him angrily.

"Of course. Except me, who else could do it?" Said Edward.

"I will kill you, smelly rascal!"
