Saxon’s eyes followed Winnie as she was putting her schoolbag in place. He suddenly dragged her wrist and pulled her into his arms. He bent to her, his nose touching hers. Winnie was scared because she knew something might happen. She suddenly noticed the door was open and was very frightened. She pushed him and murmured, "The door was open…" She was afraid being seen by her family.

However, Saxon didn’t care about this at all. He pushed her more and his head was very close to hers. He looked down at her and asked very seriously, "Tell me, why did you cry just now?"

Winnie stared at him and closed her mouth. After some while, she answered lightly, "I’ve told you. Nothing…"

Of course, Saxon didn’t believe it. There was a silence between them. Suddenly, Saxon’s eyesight turned sharp and replied definitely, "It is because of Sherry Su."

Winnie was shocked hearing Sherry’s name from Saxon’s mouth.

Saxon witnessed Winnie’s emotional change. He had considered every possibility that led to Winnie’s outburst except Sherry’s appearance.

Why?

Saxon could feel when he mentioned the name, Winnie was stiff. He wondered why Winnie was so hostile to Sherry, who she just met today.

Winnie bit her teeth hard but she could not bear what she had suffered in the last life any more in front of Saxon. To Saxon’s surprise, her eyes turned red and she turned around to face Saxon directly. She pushed Saxon so hard on his chest that he almost fell down and loosed his hand holding her.

Winnie’s sudden reaction was out of Saxon’s expectation. Tears were rolling in her eyes. This kind of rough look that was pretended was familiar to Saxon. He had seen it often in the previous life.

Winnie burst out completely and shouted out loud to Saxon, "Do I have anything to do with you? Are we familiar with each other? And Master Fu, I believe I’ve never done anything wrong to you. Why do you keep on struggling with me?!"

"It is obvious that the girl called Sherry loves you. And you have loved her all the time, haven’t you? Why do you put me between you then?"

Saxon watched Winnie accusing him there excitedly. He stepped forward and held her tightly into his arms no matter how hard she struggled.

He leant his head against hers and swore to her, "Remember, you are not the one between us. You are the only one in my heart this life. Only you!"

However, Winnie was mad and heard nothing at all. She just could not help herself crying, as if she were pouring out all the suffering from last life.

In the previous life, he loved only Sherry and neglected her and their unborn child, who both died in that tragic sea of fire.

If that was the punishment for her love to Saxon, then how about their unborn child?

She might be a wrong doer, but their child was innocent.

And why did she turn to a person between them even though she wanted to be away from them in this life? Saxon listened to her sobbing constantly. He felt bad because he had never heard her cry so desperately.

He just wanted to say something when they suddenly heard some sound from the door.

Both of them were surprised and Winnie forgot to cry. They found Granny standing at the door, dumbfounded.

Granny looked puzzled. She shook her head and pointed them, "You… You…"

Her face turned pale and didn’t know what to do.

Saxon, however, was comparatively calm, or maybe he just hoped others knew about their relationship.

But still Saxon sighed because he was disappointed at Winnie’s disordered state of mind. He loosened his hand from Winnie and went up to Granny.

Seeing this, Winnie was more frightened. She ran quicker to Granny and stood in front of her to stop Saxon, "Saxon Fu, what do you want to do?"

Saxon was annoyed seeing Winnie take him as an evil person and tried to protect others. He just stood there and stared at her.

In the end, he smiled and asked Winnie like a curious boy, "Winnie, do you know I am just curious why you always want to go against me?"
