It was Henry McQueen--her fiance that wasn’t by her side when she needed him the most--the one she had been dying to see over the past month. The slender figure couldn’t be more familiar to her.

Jane dashed toward the guy--she’s desperate in need of an explanation for their relationship over these years and why he’d been away.

A second before she was about to hit him, a crane Henry’s leaning on came into her eyes so she stopped and stared at his pale face.

“Jane.” The man called her name thrillingly and held her tightly into his arms.

But Jane pushed him away. Now she resisted the body which she had been dreaming about over the past few months.

“My dear, I’m afraid I’ll never see you again. Don’t you miss me?” Henry was stunned as he was being hardly pushed by his girlfriend.

“No! Where were you when I needed you most? Why you didn’t reply my calls? Why you didn’t wanna see me?” Jane cried all her doubts out loud.

If Henry ever gave a little help, Lim Group might be rescued. If he was willing to care, her father wouldn’t have committed suicide. If he was always there for her, she wouldn’t have made that deal with Wayne Chen.

“Well, Jane, I had a car accident during the previous period of time. Please don’t cry. If I knew what you’d been suffering, I couldn’t have turned a blind eye. You know how much I love you. You see, I come here to meet you as soon as I’m able to walk. Please believe me. I really care about you and our relationship.”

“Our relationship? Come on, don’t fool me.”

“How could you say this to me?”

The guy tried to grab Jane’s arm and pull her back, but Frank Su suddenly appeared and blocked in between.

And Jane was just heading toward the door.

“Please let me explain!” Henry whined and yelled so loud that patients at the end of the corridor could hear him.

As a matter of fact, Jane had forgiven her previous fiance as she spotted his crane. The guy must have gone through a lot of obstacles and exerted all efforts to make his way here. Besides, he would never just traipse around and get to her mother’s VIP patient room

A few months ago, Henry’s parents came back to F city from abroad when Lim Group was in financial crisis. However, Jane just couldn’t figure it out why they refused to give a helping hand as she and Henry had already been engaged and just let her father commit suicide in the end.

The fire of hatred was still burning in her chest.

At present, she didn’t care about what the McQueen family had done. The man that had just talked to her meant nothing for she belonged to Wayne now.

Then Jane leaned by her mom’s bed and started to weep uncontrollably. She had suffered a lot and just needed to release the pressure.

She did have loved Henry, but the guy was already a past that she wouldn’t care about.

Then Jane felt her head was gently tapped by a hand.
