“Zora Qiao, how can you be so arrogant? Only because you have Sam beside you?” Kay was completely enraged and waved her palm onto Zora.

She wanted to beat Zora? Zora only gave it a sneer and stepped aside. But Nathan acted quicker. He caught Kay by the hand and shouted, “Don’t！”.

Kay’s anger disappeared at once. She happily took Nathan by the arm and leant against him saying softly, “Nathan, I follow your idea.”

Zora coldly observed Kay’s changeable expression and her mouth twisted in a contemptuous sneer.

Kay caught sight of Zora’s expression, too. She was irritated. But suddenly she seemed to have thought of something and said to Zora smugly, “I think Nathan is lucky to have left you, or you will go on tangling with him endlessly. How many men can endure you?” After saying this, she leant against Nathan closely and looked at Zora defiantly.

This time, Zora was indeed hurt by Kay. It was well-known that she had chased Sam for many years but in vain. It was really an embarrassing scandal in the upper class. If it were not for Zora’s indomitable spirit, she would have been drowned in the celebrities ladies’ spittle.

Hitting Zora’s sore spot, Kay was very pleased and she went on kicking her, “Zora Qiao, if you apologize to me, maybe I’ll teach you how to get Sam Shen.”

Zora jumped with anger hearing Sam’s name mentioned, so she went all out and fought back, “Sam will never take a fancy to you even if he doesn’t choose me. You know you are well-known for your dirty tricks!”

“You!” Kay was really hurt. If it were not for Nathan’s sake, she would go and fight against Zora.

Zora went on with her topic smilingly, “Do you forget about them? Would you like me to help recall them back?”

Behind the door, Sam just passed by and he stopped to witness everything happening there. He knew well that Zora would never suffer losses. She would always fight for her right, so he didn’t need to worry about her being bullied by others and he would never let others disturb her.

Kay wanted to go away because she knew today it was not a good time to fight with Zora, so she leant on Nathan and said tenderly, “Nathan, take me away, ok? I feel sick seeing her face.”

Hearing this, Nathan had a sense of unknown foreboding. Immediately, Zora’s clear voice came, “Nathan Chu, dare you step out of the gate, you would never see me again!”

All these drove Nathan mad. He had to beg, “Two great ladies, please have mercy on me. I am sorry about all these.”

Kay was disappointed and shouted, “Nathan, I am your partner today. I will complain to Uncle Chu about you!”

Zora twisted her mouth and sneered, “Kay, do you think it is a kindergarten here, where you can go to tell the teacher because you are bullied?” She then took Nathan to her side and said to Kay, “If you want him, come and get him back.”

Nathan was surprised. He did nothing but gazed at Zora’s hands holding him, which looked slender and delicate.

Zora dragged Nathan out of the toilet. Kay was left standing there angry and annoyed.

As soon as they came out of the toilet, Zora got rid of Nathan and went towards the hall. Nathan quickly caught up with Zora and begged her, “Zora, I am sorry. I didn’t help you just now in front of Kay. But don’t be mad about Kay. She is that kind of person.”

At the gate of the toilet, passers-by were gazing at Zora. They were surprised why Sam’s partner, the future hostess of the Shen’s was holding another man by the hand.

“Nathan Chu, loose your hand.” Zora ordered in a low voice.

“No, Zora, let me explain!” Nathan insisted, looking at her tenderly, as if Zora was all to him.

Zora ignored him, but suddenly smiled evilly, “Are you sure that you want to take my hand?”

Before Nathan understood what she really meant, he was led to the hall in public.

Nathan was scared for he could feel a pair of angry sharp eyes was fixed on their hands. He asked Zora in panic, “Where are we going?” Zora answered, “Of course, I am taking you to Sam to explain about us.”

Nathan was so scared that he got rid of her saying, “Zora, I am afraid…”

Zora stopped and looked at Nathan sarcastically, “What are you afraid of? Don’t you tell me you want to take my hand?”

Nathan tried his best and uttered, “Zora, I do love you. But please allow me some more time to ….”

Before he finished his words, someone behind Zora came up and dragged him saying, “Zora is my wife. If Mr. Chu has anything to say, please tell me.”

It was Sam. Zora was touched. He was so near to her that she could kiss his manly face if she turned around.

Nathan was suffering. He dared not to meet Sam’s powerful eyesight. He went away, pale-faced.

Sam forced to hold Zora in his arms. Their distance was even closer.
