Only Spoil You in the Show Biz world

Sam Shen had scaled the heights of the business hall of fame. He was the man for almost every daughter of an eminent family. However, Sam paid attention to none of them. Instead, he married Zora Qiao, who rather annoyed the upper class. It was told that he spoiled his wife so much that he would throw away thousands of dollars at simply making her happy. Zora despised this and told others, “He spoiled his wife? Of course not. He is a boring bad guy!” Sam heard this and kissed her saying, "Am I boring? Am I bad? Ok, then, I am only bad to you."

Almost touching his nose, Zora could feel he was smiling tenderly at her. She was nervous standing there. In her memory, Sam had never kissed her, so at this moment, she was not sure she should enjoy it or rejected it.

All Sam’s attention was on Zora. He could see nothing but her. He looked tender and affectionate. But suddenly his mouth moved to Zora’s ear and whispered, “Do you have fever? Why is your face so red?”

Zora stepped backward hearing this and pushed him away. She could read the evilness in his smile. She felt like falling into an abyss where no one would help her.

He was laughing at her too. However, she knew the truth that she did love him though she refused to accept the fact.

Zora could hear nothing. She could see people around laughing at her. They looked as if they wanted to swallow her up. She turned around and rushed out of the hall.

Zora left with deep sorrow. Behind her, Sam gazed at her fleeing back just like a confident hunter focusing on his prey.

A few days after the party, Sam didn’t appear, but another man showed instead with a message.

Zora was glad to see the flash from her cell phone screen. It was a message from Nathan asking to meet her somewhere. She quickly answered,”Ok, Seasons Coffee at 7.30.”

However, her message was sent to a wrong person, Sam, who was working in his office at the top of the building. Seeing no response, Zora supposed that the message was not sent, she posted the message again to Nathan.

Nathan was happy to know that Zora agreed to see him.

The coffee shop was quiet and peaceful. On the table covered by white cloth were blooming roses on white slim-necked china vases. Zora was familiar with this shop. But today walking inside it, she frowned because it was too quiet today.

“Zora!” Nathan greeted her standing not far away in a set of grey fine-tailored suit. He was smiling gently and waving his hand. Before she got up to him, a bunch of 99 roses was presented before her. He said to her,” I specially ordered this bunch of roses from France.” Behind the large bunch of roses, Nathan knelt down on one knee and gazed at her affectionately.

She didn’t accept the flowers, but frowned and responded coldly, “You stand up first.” Nathan was a little disappointed, but he stood up obediently and put the flowers into her hands. He showed her to the table and moved a chair for her saying, “I know you like the quiet place. So today I’ve ordered the whole shop for you. Do you like it?” Today Nathan was tender and gentle. He was very attractive.

But Zora was not moved. She sneered at Nathan with the flowers in her hands. She asked,“Yes? Are you afraid Kay knows everything about this?”

“But Zora, you know about my feeling.” Nathan was happy that Zora envied Kay because of him. He knew that’s because Zora cared for him. So he wanted to hold Zora by the shoulder.

Zora stepped backward to escape his arms. So Nathan stood there, embarrassed, while his hand stopped in the air. He then took back his hand and smiled understandingly saying, “Zora, I know I haven’t done it well enough. But believe me, I’ll try to be your good boyfriend. You know Kay is very unruly and I can’t reject her straightly.”

Zora was silent, but she knew it was true Kay was unruly and focused only on her target.

“Zora, are you listening?” Nathan was encouraged seeing Zora was quiet. He supposed she agreed with what he said. He went on, “Zora, don’t worry. If you don’t like me to go on with Kay, I will never go close to her.” Zora was a little moved by what he said, but from his face, Zora seemed to see another man.

That man was in the same situation as Nathan. She suddenly realized she, the same as Kay, tried every means to run after Sam desperately. They were in the same boat.

In the coffee shop, the dim light was as tender as a layer of tulle covering Zora’s white face, which added her hazy beauty.

Nathan was so deeply moved that he could not resist the impulse to go close to her. He reached out his hand again to hold her in his arms.

There was no rejection this time.

He daringly reached down Zora and his lips almost touched that little charming mouth.

Sam was late and when he pushed open the coffee shop he was met by this scene. His countenance fell and rushed forward to take Zora by the shoulder. Tightly, he held her into his arms.

Zora came back to herself and saw the person himself, who she had just missed in her mind. But her secret delight disappeared immediately by his cold response, “Zora Qiao, bear in mind who you are.”

“Who am I?” she tried to control herself and answered back.

Sam flung her a scornful look and replied, “You don’t know who you are? You are not clear yourself what you have done? Don’t you want to let me see what you were doing just now?” Sam looked at her sarcastically.

Indeed, their marriage certificate was got by her improper conduct of stealing Sam’s residence registration book.
