Chen Yihan was upstairs organizing her luggage when she heard the commotion downstairs. She walked out of the door and looked down from the second floor, where she saw a familiar figure being blocked by security guards outside.

Where is Gu Jin?!" Cen Xiuzhi furrowed his brows, his face filled with anger. He exclaimed, "Get Gu Jin out here for me!"

"Chu Shao, Assistant Chen has given a decree that no one should be allowed in without his permission."

"Let him in." Chen Yihan walked down the spiral staircase from the second floor and waved to the security guards.

Cen Xiuzhi was released, and he immediately made his way upstairs. In the moment when Chen Yihan brushed past him, she reached out and caught hold of his arm. "It's no use going in, Young Master has already left," she said.

Cen Xiuzhi's footsteps halted, and he turned his head, his eyes resembling agate, looking towards Chen Yihan. "Leaving? Where are you going?"

Chen Yihan's expression remained unchanged as he said, "Country B."

Cen Xiuzhi sneered and said, "Don't joke with me. Can I trust a single word you say? Move aside, I want to see Gu Jin."

"Chu Shao, I now address you as Chu Shao out of past friendship," Chen Yihan's voice grew louder, but her gaze remained calm, and her tone didn't change, "But now, you are no longer the intended marriage partner of the Gu family. Since the Chushi Corporation's financial chain has been broken recently, you are so eager to find Gu Jin and seek his help. Crying out and making a scene here when you can't see him, is that not lacking in manners and decorum?"

After Chen Yihan finished speaking, Cen Xiuzhi's movement completely came to a halt.

After saying that, he pushed open the door behind him and left without even looking back.

Chen Yihan stood on the steps for a long while, watching as Cen Xiu gradually disappeared from sight. Only then did she retract her gaze and turn around, saying, "Young Master."

Gu Jin's figure appeared at the end of the corridor, walking slowly to the door on the second floor.
